Reservation Policy: 
1ST NIGHT OF RESERVATION WILL BE CHARGED TO CONFIRM RESERVATION AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE

Cancellation Policy: 

If cancelled 7 days BEFORE arrival date then only the first night of the reservation will be charged.

If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival date then 100% of the reservation will be charged.

Group Reservation Policy: (8 PEOPLE OR MORE)
50% OF RESERVATION WILL BE CHARGED TO CONFIRM RESERVATION AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE
Group Cancellation Policy: (8 PEOPLE OR MORE)
If cancelled 14 days BEFORE arrival date then 50% of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled less than 14 days before arrival date then 100% of the reservation will be charged.

RECEPTION DESK CLOSES AT 20:30 PM DURING WINTER MONTHS NOVEMBER, DECEMBER, JANUARY AND FEBRUARY. SERVICES NEED AFTER 20:30 PM HAVE ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

EUR 25 - from 20:31 to 23:00,

EUR 50 - from 23:01 to 01:00

EUR 75 - after 01:00

Child Policy
Children 17 and under are not allowed.

City Tax (IMPORTANT!)
The city tax for Barcelona city is 5.50€ and is applied per person per night to all people 17 years and older for up to 7 nights.
